three ring binders have always been my personal favorite, that way the paper stays with out any creases. Sad

Alright, that's enough. If you're going to respond to a post for help, make it relevant. In the screw-around threads it's fine, but when a person is in need of assistance and you post something totally irrelevant, all it does is clutter up everything. I'm not asking much, just make your posts constructive when the time calls for it.

Ok, now that I have that out of my system, here we go:

So, you took the screws out, and the plate came out, but the binding stayed there, correct?

Hmmm...this is just a shot in the dark, but maybe the binding is stuck to the board...have you tried pulling on it gently? It should come off if the plate is out...unless of course it was glued down by a previous owner Wink

no, its not getting up on the wrong side, its saying what is needed. dont rely just to get post count up....reply with info.

anyways, that happened to me. It would not come off after i had all of the screws off. so, i just had to pull really hard to get it off.
