Looking at the source code you have linked it to the .swf on your harddive and therefore it doesnt work.

Here is the original code:

Code:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">
<html>
<head>
<title>Untitled Document</title>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">
</head>

<body>
<object classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,29,0" width="550" height="400">
  <param name="movie" value="[B]file:///C|/Documents%20and%20Settings/Jamie%20Durance/My%20Documents/My%20Media/Video/Snowboarding/[/B]ouch.swf">
  <param name="quality" value="high">
  <embed src="[B]file:///C|/Documents%20and%20Settings/Jamie%20Durance/My%20Documents/My%20Media/Video/Snowboarding/[/B]ouch.swf" quality="high" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="550" height="400"></embed></object>
</body>
</html>

I've highlighted the bits that you don't need and the code below should work.

Code:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">
